| At SPEL, we understand that the quality of an automobile’s paint is a major factor in the end customer’s decision about the vehicle to purchase. We use customer specified grades of paints and even tailor – made paints for our products, especially in the automotive products. Using controlled temperature, automated baking line, dust – free spray booths and good suppliers of paint, we work hard to keep the quality of the final finished product high. Examples of oven – baked paints products are wheel caps for Daihatsu Cuore, radiator grills and outside door handles. Screen printing is equally important and we have in-house expertise to design and develop screens. One of the examples of screen – printed products is panel instrument cluster for Suzuki car. |
